Pearly Whites

OK - my whitening is done - all 12 days of it - maxed out. Used up almost 3 whole syringes with still some left in the third. There WAS lots. It was kinda hard to tell for me exactly how much good it was doing when looking at my teeth on a daily basis. Not really "pearly white" but comparing them now to my home chromascope chart, I'd say they've gone up about 2 shades to around 220 maybe. They are better now anyways.

I can tell no discernable difference in the appearance of my trays - no etching or dulling that is visible to my naked eye. I had absloutely no issues with any heightened tooth sensitivity, either so that's my report on that. Here's some comparison shots of now & before I began the process. I tried to take them in the same outdoor overcast light as the last ones. Since there's presently snow on the ground it is a bit whiter/bluer light - you tell by the difference in my skin tone. Notice my attachments from my initial plan are now gone. (oops, a bit of lip gloss on my canines in this first shot - nevermind!)

Just waiting for that revised Clincheck now...

Anne, I think they look just super. I'd love to see a full face shot now that you're all done! Congrats, by the way.

Hi Anne

I've been following your progress ever since I started with my alligners (Aug 2006) and I feel like you've prepared me for any eventuality that may arise! Your input is really appreciated and your teeth look wonderful (very encouraging for the rest of us :) ) I wonder if we could see before and after profile shots to see how invisalign fixed your protuding incisors (which I happen to also have)?

Dawna - I promise to post that shot after my refinement - only THEN will I be truly done!

Ley - there are profile comparisons of my Clincheck way back near the beginning of this saga. Also a few real photos part way through. I will try my best to get some worthy comparisons at the very end (which I'm still not sure will be exactly) because the change is MUCH improved already!

Did get word from my dental office today that my revised Clincheck is slated to be ready by Feb. 9th at the latest. Yay!

Thanks to both of you for nice comments!
I appreciate you taking the time to post them.

Hope your outcomes are as good as mine have been -
Keep your eyes on the prize!
